Charles Edward Wisotsky Educational Memorial Fund

“Established in loving memory of Charles Edward Wisotsky, who was born May 15, 1942, and who died February 23, 1963. He was a very special person who, because of a fatal car accident that robbed him of his youth, never had the opportunity to achieve his lifelong dream of finishing college. This award ensures that his dream will be fulfilled year after year. The scholarship will be open to a student who will be completing the student’s senior year in the upcoming academic year, and is in need of financial assistance in order to continue the student’s education. The student should fulfill the following requirements:
a. Be enrolled as a full-time junior (completed 57–86 credits, including transfer credits, by deadline) at SUNY Oswego
b. Be making satisfactory academic progress and be in good academic standing with a minimum 2.50 cumulative SUNY Oswego GPA at the time of their selection
c. Apply for state and federal financial aid
