Fournier Family Scholarship for Education

The Fournier Family established this award in support of undergraduate education students – especially those engaged in special education; with a demonstrated commitment to community service. The Fournier Family wants to pay forward a multitude of meaningful, multi-generational SUNY Oswego experiences to empower our next generation(s) to “build a better world.” To qualify for this award, a student must:
a. Be a full-time matriculated student enrolled in a teacher-certification major within the School of Education.
b. Apply in freshman, sophomore or junior year, (having completed 12-86 credits, including transfer).
c. Provide a separate statement stating your interests, career goals and commitment to community service.
d. Preference will be given to students with an interest in special education.
Note: This scholarship is renewable.
