Felicia Internicola Proud ’71 Scholarship

This scholarship was established by Joseph Proud ’71 to support first generation college students majoring in a teacher certification degree program who have financial need. The scholarship honors his wife of 50 years who graduated from Oswego as well with a degree in education. To qualify for this award, a student must:
a. Be a first generation college student.
b. Be a declared major within the School of Education (with a teaching certificate major).
c. Demonstrate financial need.
d. Apply in their sophomore or junior year, for an award to be received in the subsequent academic year.
e. Maintain a 2.7 or better cumulative SUNY Oswego GPA.
Note: This scholarship is renewable.
