Edward ’62 and Janet Albreght Heinrich ’63 Scholarship

This scholarship was established by Edward ’62 and Janet Albreght Heinrich ’63. Both Ed and Janet graduated from SUNY Oswego with degrees in education: Ed from industrial arts education and Janet from elementary education. This scholarship was created to financially assist a student in the School of Education who demonstrates a strong commitment to the field of education. To qualify for this award, a student must:
a. Be a declared major in the School of Education.
b. Be a sophomore or junior (having completed 27-86 credits, including transfer credits)
c. Submit an essay demonstrating commitment to the field of education
d. Whenever possible, preference will be given to a veteran
