Eileen Hamann Memorial Scholarship

In support of The Path Forward campaign, this scholarship was established by Carla Hamann Hoenigmann ’79 in memory of her mother, Eileen Wurst Hamann, a dedicated Elementary School teacher and Librarian, whose passion was teaching children to read. Eileen was a first generation American and the first in her family to attend college. A preference will be given to first generation college students. To qualify, a student must:
a. Have a declared teacher-certification major in the School of Education.
b. Apply in freshman, sophomore or junior year.
c. Maintain a 3.0 GPA
d. Have financial need.
Note: This scholarship is renewable.
