Thomas C. Mahl, MD '80 Scholarship

The Thomas C. Mahl, MD ’80 Scholarship was established by Thomas C. Mahl, MD ’80 in perpetual support of undergraduates who have an interest in and potential for a career in a further professional degree in the health sciences (medicine, dentistry, etc.) Through this support, Dr. Mahl hopes to foster improved health in all populations. To qualify for this award, a student must:
a. Be a full-time student majoring in a science-related discipline.
b. Have demonstrated financial need
c. Apply during first-year, sophomore or junior year (having completed 12-86 credits, including transfer)
d. Submit a 200-word essay describing interest(s) in a career that will help to improve health in all populations.
Note: This scholarship is renewable.
