Edwin J. Peterson '54 and Kathleen A. Manley Peterson '54 Memorial Scholarship

This scholarship was established by the family in memory of Edwin J. Peterson ‘54 and Kathleen A. Peterson ’54 for the purpose of providing financial assistance for a student majoring in Education at SUNY Oswego.
a. Be a full time student enrolled in the School of Education.
b. Apply in the student’s sophomore or junior year (completed 27-86 credits, including transfer credits, by end of this winter session)
c. Maintain a minimum 3.00 SUNY Oswego cumulative GPA
d. Submit an essay on why the student wants to be a teacher.
e. Preference will be given to a student who demonstrates a history of volunteerism.
