Sharon Jones Zondag '76 Scholarship

In support of The Path Forward campaign, this scholarship was established by Sharon Jones Zondag ’76 in gratitude to SUNY Oswego for her experience as an undergraduate student from 1972-1976. Sharon is grateful for the impact the college had on her life. To qualify for this award, a student must be
a. Be a declared Sociology major,
b. Demonstrate financial need,
c. Have a 2.8 or better cumulative SUNY Oswego GPA,
d. Apply in his/her freshman year to receive the award in the following year.

Preference will be given to students who are contributing to the larger SUNY Oswego community by virtue of their service and/or leadership. Applicants are asked to include a statement on how they are achieving this. Note: This scholarship is renewable.
