McMahon Family Scholarship

Kevin McMahon ’78 established this perpetual scholarship, with his family, to assist SUNY Oswego’s diverse body of students with significant financial need – to help our next generation fulfill their dreams of a college education. To qualify for this scholarship, a student must:
a. Be a Freshman, Sophomore or Junior at time of application
b. Maintain a minimum SUNY Oswego GPA of 3.00.
c. Demonstrate involvement in community service.
d. Have financial need.
e. Be a member of one of SUNY Oswego’s ALANA organizations.
f. Submit a 250-word essay on how this scholarship will assist them in achieving their career aspirations.
