Charles Goodwin '67 M'73 Technology Education Scholarship

Charles Goodwin ‘67 M’73 established this award in support of Technology Education students.

Our immersive Technology Education program meant so much to Chuck, and helped inform a meaningful, lifelong connection to the profession – which he hopes to forever advance.

This sentiment provided the lead, which Chuck wants to pay forward, in the form of this fund – “lighting the path to wisdom” by augmenting value and involvement for our next generation at SUNY Oswego.

Award Criteria:
To qualify for for this award, a student must:

Be a full-time matriculated student studying Technology Education.
Have demonstrated financial need.
Apply in first-year or sophomore year to receive the award the corresponding fall.
Submit a 200-word essay describing interest(s) and experience(s) related to technology education, and addressing your passion for this career choice.

Note: The goal of this scholarship is to be renewable for up to a total of three (3) undergraduate award years, as long as the student continues to be a Technology Education program and the University as a whole. It can be renewed throughout Graduate Studies, studying Technology Education at SUNY Oswego.
