Virginia G. Gibson Vogel '56 Memorial Scholarship

This scholarship was established by Robert E. Vogel in loving memory of his wife, Virginia G. Gibson Vogel ’56. This scholarship will provide financial assistance to a student in the School of Education who is committed to pursuing a career in teaching. To qualify for this award, a student must:
a. Be a full time student with an education major
b. Be a sophomore or junior (completed 27-86 credits, including transfer credits, by the end of this year’s winter session.)
c. Maintain a minimum 3.00 SUNY Oswego cumulative GPA
d. Be a resident of the city of Oswego. Second preference will be given to a resident of Oswego county
